• Issuing tickets and boarding passes to passengers.

• यात्रियों को समय पर टिकट और बोर्डिंग पास उपलब्ध कराना।

✅ 2. Passenger & Baggage Checking

यात्रियों और उनके सामान की जांच करना

• Checking passengers and their luggage as per security guidelines.

• सुरक्षा नियमों के अनुसार यात्रियों एवं उनके सामान की जाँच करना।

✅ 3. Boarding & Deboarding Assistance

यात्रियों को विमान में चढ़ने और उतरने में सहायता करना

• Assisting passengers during boarding and deboarding procedures.

• बोर्डिंग व डिबार्डिंग प्रक्रिया के दौरान यात्रियों को सहायता प्रदान करना।

✅ 4. Baggage Handling

बैगेज हैंडलिंग

• Handling baggage operations efficiently and safely.

• बैगेज संबंधित सभी कार्यों को सुरक्षित और प्रभावी ढंग से संभालना।

✅ 5. Loading & Unloading Aircraft Bags

विमान से बैग लोडिंग और अनलोडिंग करना

• Loading and unloading passenger baggage from the aircraft.

विमान टर्नअराउंड समन्वय

• Coordinating aircraft turnaround activities to ensure on-time departure.

• विमान के समय पर प्रस्थान के लिए सभी टर्नअराउंड प्रक्रियाओं का समन्वय करना।
